At Peak Performance Physiotherapy,  we strive to help our clients manage their pain and restore their function. With over 23 years of experience, Dan Morwood has the expertise to help all individuals of all ages and all abilities to reach their personal goals.  Dan is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to all of our clients using the latest evidence based technologies and techniques. We believe in taking a personalized approach to treatment, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each individual. Let us help you achieve your goals and reach your Peak Potential.

Our clinic offers a wide range of services to address a variety of conditions and injuries. From manual therapy and exercise prescription to acupuncture and dry needling, we have the tools and expertise to help you on your journey to recovery.  We have a wide variety of pain control modalities including infrared lamps, therapeutic ultrasound and have recently added Low Intensity Laser and Radial Shockwave Therapy to our toolbox.  Dan also holds advanced certifications in treating TMJ disorders, concussion management, as well as Strength and Conditioning/Personal training.

Our mission is to empower our clients to take an active role in their own health and well-being. We believe in providing education and resources to help our clients make informed decisions about their care.

On a personal note

Dan is a father to two sons, a husband and a 35 year veteran of endurance sports.  

 

He's competed 12 Ironman Triathlon events, qualified for the prestigious Ironman Hawaii 6 times and holds 1 World Champion AG Duathlon gold and 1 Silver medal from Powerman Duathlon events.  

 

He's dabbled in Spartan Races, 50 mile trail runs and Cross Fit events to  push his limits.  He uses this extensive knowledge of training, biomechanics and functional exercise to help his clients achieve their goals.
